A1.     AirChord Televentures introduces world radio and video on mobile. Now you can listen to your favourite radio and video channels present across the world anywhere, anytime while on the move.

Q2.     Why is AirChord different ?
A2.     With Users becoming increasingly mobile and increasingly dependant on their Mobile phone to meet their entertainment need, users expect to access Internet Radio and Video while on the move. AirChord exceeds this expectation by allowing Users using their mobile phones, access to high quality radio, video and television stations of their choice. Thus AirChord brings you a package of both audio and video streaming.

Q3.      What do I need to access Airchord Channels ?
A3.      To access AirChord you need
* A supported phone running Java, Symbian OS, Window Mobile OS.
* A wireless Internet connection on GPRS, CDMA, 3G or WiFi, preferably an unlimited data plan.
* An AirChord account on website to register or login.
* Download and install the AirChord application client on your phone through the link either from the website or through SMS.

Q4.     Would I be able to access AirChord without an active GPRS connection ?
A4.      No, you need to get a GPRS enabled phone and also GPRS service activated from your operator to enjoy the music and video on your mobile.

Q5.     I am unable to use this service with reliance/tata indicom connection. Why?
A5.      The service is presently available for GSM users only i.e. Hutch, Airtel, Idea, MTNL, BPL, etc. Services on CDMA would be introduced shortly.

Q6.      I am unable to use this service inspite of an active GPRS connection. What would be the reason?
A6.     The reason may be due to the higher end plan of GPRS like airtel’s mobile office and hutch access for hutch users.

Q7.      Will the service works outside Delhi?
A7.      Yes you can listen to all the channels anytime, any where provided; roaming is activated on your phone.

Q8.      How do I create an Airchord Account?
A8.      Click to access a simple registration page to create an AirChord account. Your AirChord account will allow you to log into and access your personal page under the “My Account” section.

Q9.      How can you access your account on mobile ?
A9.      User ID and password received while you download player on the mobile, it will also allow you to create your account on website. But if you directly create an account on the website then please do remember that this is only to access your website and not to access the player on your mobile.

Q10.      How many stations can I access through Airchord ?
A10.      Using Airchord, you can access many Radio Video and TV stations currently available.

Q11.    How do I Install AirChord?
A11.    Enter the URL on your mobile browser and press go button to download the application on your mobile. To know more about it, See the Demo of AirChord installation.

Q12.    Can I share my personal station play list with my Friends?
A12.    Yes, you can share your personal playlist with your friends through broadcasting them in our website.

Q13.    Where can I create/edit my personal ‘My Favorite’ section?
A13.    You can create/edit your playlist on your personal page under the “My Favorite” section. Any changes made to your playlist on the website are reflected on the device on the AirChord client.This unique solution allows you to conveniently edit the play list on a PC rather than struggling with limited/inconvenient keypad or screen on your mobile phone or PDA device.

Q14.    I'm having trouble signing in to Airchord. What is the problem?
A14.    Please check the following :
Error: “Connection failure. Please check your network settings.”
Make sure the channels you are trying to access is operational, if this problem persists for all channels please check the following
WiFi Users : Check your WiFi connectivity.
GPRS Users:
      * Do you have GPRS/3G with full internet connectivity? AirChord will not work with a simple WAP connection.
      * Have you configured your network settings correctly? Please refer to your handset user guide to configure your GPRS settings.
      * Contact your operator to help you configure your GPRS connection correctly.
Error: “Authentication failed invalid username or activation code.”
      * Are you entering the correct user id?
      * Are you using the correct activation code?
      * Make sure that you're entering the same user id you provided during the AirChord registration process. If you can't remember your exact user id or activation, please click to our website and click on the forget password and we will email you the user id/password.

Q15.     I can browse the web using my GPRS or CDMA connection, but AirChord application doesn’t connect ?
A15.     Being able to load page in your browser does not necessarily mean that you have full unrestricted Internet access. In order to use AirChord application you need to have Internet access with full TCP/IP enabled. Most mobile operators call this service as Advanced GPRS or Internet plan. You must contact your service operator if this problem persists.

Q16.     How do I report a problem?

Q17.    Which Browser I should use to download the Airchord player?
A17.    Use standard browser for downloading the application. Avoid using third party browser like Applewebkit, Opera etc. Show Demo
